In sunny Las Vegas, my real estate career began in 2004, and by 2008 I was met with an opportunity to start my own business. During the next decade, working a few years for one of the largest brokers for bank owned properties, I ran my own company with my husband as a low voltage contractor while I continued my personal investments in real estate assets.

Exhausted with big city life, I relocated to Duck Creek Village in 2018 and purchased the Duck Creek Village Inn where I was privileged enough to get to know the long-standing business owners and residents of Duck Creek. By 2021 I quickly resorted back to my love of real estate, sold the Inn, and became a full-time licensed agent in the state of Utah.

Your real estate success happens with experience and in the past 16 years I have personally acquired property with a wide array of transactions including foreclosures, short sales, owner will carry, negotiated directly with investors, owned the local Inn and managed my own long and short-term rentals. From fix and flips, long term investment properties and good ole fashioned second home ownership, I have spent the last 3 years guiding and assisting new and seasoned owners alike in their mountain property transactions.
